Verium is a mission-focused, values-driven organization.

At Verium, we believe that how we deliver is equally as important as what we deliver.

Verium was founded in 2017 by U.S. military veterans with the overarching purpose of continuing to serve. Our behavior-focused culture is informed by values that are fundamental to our being; not to be compromised; and serve as the compass by which we set our collective behavioral direction.

Our Corporate Values

People are the foundation

As a service delivery organization, our people are our most important asset.  We seek to attract, retain, and develop top talent to enable successful delivery of next-generation services.

We are results focused

At every level, in every role, we are accountable for delivering results. These include customer deliverables, billability targets, and new business growth goals. We hold ourselves and each other accountable to deliver the results that are expected of us.

Behaviors drive results

We achieve goals, at least in part, by behaving in ways we know to produce results. We believe that by adding new value to our clients at every possible turn, and by maximizing the engagement and participation of our people in growth-related behaviors and activities, we will achieve our strategic goals.

We build trusted partnerships

We believe that trusted partnerships are the cornerstone of all that we do. These partnerships are formed with our people, our customers, and our business partners.

We have passion for missions that matter

We are driven by a passion to serve missions that are critical to the security and wellbeing of our country. As veterans with military and law enforcement service, Verium’s founders are focused on enabling our clients to successfully execute their missions to secure our nation’s assets and interests.

Our integrity is not for sale

We stay true to our word and do what we say we’re going to do. Period. We foster open and frank communications, take responsibility for our actions, and execute with honesty.

We foster an entrepreneurial spirit

We embrace a spirit of entrepreneurship and encourage our employees to seek opportunities for growth and positive impact at every turn.

Service is inherent to our culture

Our passion to serve extends outside of day-to-day business to local communities and charitable efforts. We participate in and encourage our people to be involved in efforts to give back.

Mission and Vision

Verium is focused on mission-enabling services and solutions for national security and commercial clients. We bring innovation and deliver value through next-generation technologies and transformational approaches, with a strong concentration on our clients’ strategic priorities.
